Our Story

LAYERNEER was originally located in Palo Alto, California, and has recently moved to South San Francisco, also known as Silicon Valley North.

We began developing surface coatings for 3D printing adhesion in 2017. BED WELD – ORIGINAL is our first product in a series of adhesives specifically engineered to solve warping and first layer adhesion challenges of filament-based 3D printing.

We are on a mission to make products that deliver impressive results and we will continue to further develop solutions for the 3D printing market.

At LAYERNEER, we believe in high-quality products and innovation.

In addition to great products, we strive to be a great company. Outside of the day-to-day work routine, we are often involved in volunteering for local veteran-based programs. LAYERNEER is a veteran-owned and operated company.

We have a fun and nerdy culture but remain technically focussed, and customer focussed.
